Yellow Cheeses

We produce yellow cheeses from cow’s and sheep’s milk. The fact that our dairy is located in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains works in favour of the taste parameters of the milk which contributes to the unrivalled taste of the yellow cheese which has ripened for 60 days, well known to many generations of Bulgarians.
