White cheeses

Our white brined cheese is made from cow’s, sheep’s, or goat’s milk, or from a mixture of cow’s and sheep’s milk. The rich flavour and aroma of the cheese are achieved thanks to the properties of the milk from the animals typical of this region, grazing of the lush herb-strewn pastures.
